Winter Training action - Pacesetter Steel and the Winter Bike League

United Consulting's Russ Griebel elected to AWMA
United Consulting is pleased to announce that Russell Griebel, PG, RBP, was recently elected as Vice Chairman of the Georgia Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association (AWMA).
Russ has been with United Consulting for over 10 years and was just recently promoted from a Senior Environmental Specialist to an Environmental Team Leader. His involvement in the AWMA over the past several years encouraged him to become more involved in the association in order to help continue its progress in providing training, information, and networking opportunities to thousands of environmental professionals in 65 countries.
Russ is a licensed Professional Geologist with the State of Georgia, a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists, and a Registered Brownfield Professional with the Institute of Brownfield Professionals. He has extensive experience as a liaison between developers and various States environmental agencies. Through this, he has conducted various site assessments ranging from standard due diligence to detailed corrective actions. His current focus is on site characterization, remedial actions, Brownfield redevelopment, and the evaluation of vapor intrusion issues.
Of course, we would be remiss if we weren't to mention that Russ (Category 1) is an anchor member of the Pacesetter Steel Service Cycling team's Pro 1/2 squad.
